They said we could go to the pool now when it closes in 45 minutes. Went to the front desk tonight to ask if we need to get on a waiting list for tomorrow and they said it’s first come first serve and waiting list starts at noon. We were then told we had to get on the waiting list and we would be called when there was room for us.
Saw several leave but no one was let in except the people we saw sneak in. We were told the people checking out of the hotel(the ones with different colored bracelets) have to leave at 3. Arrived at 3 to a crowd of 30 people waiting to get in.
Checked in at noon and got our pool bracelet expecting to hang at the pool until our room was ready at 4. Came here for a mother daughter day at the pool.
